How long does the training last ?

The complete training course lasts four months, with two options to choose from depending on your availability:

• Weekend option: classes every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 👉 One weekend in three is devoted to an online assessment (multiple-choice questions) to validate the knowledge acquired.

• Weekday evening option: evening classes on weekdays, for those who prefer a more gradual pace.

You will obtain dual EREPS EQF Level 3 + 4 certification, the highest European recognition for personal trainers.
